    Second floor plumbing problems
We have two second floor showers. One is the size of a bathtub in a full bath and the other is a smaller shower built into a half bath. For years, we would have multiple neices visiting us for Christmas and during there simultaneous 30 minutes shares, we would get brown spots in a ground floor ceiling. I assumed that this
Was due to some type of overflow as we never had any trouble with it except at those time. We had a plumber take a look and he couldn't find a problem.
So what can be causing that little leak when both showers are at optimal capacity.
