    Upstairs AC not cooling
House is 16 years old. Three zones - 1 up 2 down - larger house (5000 square feet). Open living room area and high ceilings. AC always blew cold - never a problem until this year. Two HVAC companies have "diagnosed" the problem - one claiming outside compressor was "overcharged" with freon (no change) and the other saying the blower motor in the air handler (in attic) was bad. They replaced it (no change) any help appreciated.
