HP F4440 printer thinks the ink cartridge is empty
I changed the cartridges in my printer and now it says it's out of ink. I tried turning it off and then back on. I tried taking out the new cartridges and putting them back in. I tried putting in the old cartridges and putting them back in.

When I've turned it on, after having turned it off for awhile, it'll print a test page, but all that shows up on it is a red arrow -- and nothing else -- no color or black and white. I'll scan that page, as I'm supposed to do, and still nothing.
