    In Texas how can I get the most quick divorce without the other half; who is missing?
    Been trying to get divorced for over 10 years now but the other half keeps running from it.. now he is missing and can't be found

    It should not have taken this long. If he has been properly served then you should be requesting a default judgment. Now that he has gone missing this may be harder since you have to go through certain lengths to show he has been served. On the other hand, since this has been dragging, it may be enough to show previous no shows.

    Is there an issue of property or child custody involved here? That is the only thing I can see that might be causing this to drag on.
