    Lower Right Side Back Pain
    Pain is worse when I get out of bed in the morning. "Feels" inside near the pelvis.

    I'm sorry, but it could be one of countless things. Not only do you have a lot of muscles in the abdomen, and lots of organs, but pain can also be referred pain, meaning from somewhere else. Lower right side often first suggests a check of the appendix, and possibly right ovary... (if you are male, do you see how little you have given us to go on)?
