Both of my arms hurt from the inside
I am a 53 year old man and both of my arms hurt almost every single day. I do things around the house but nothing different then before this pain. Ive had it for about 2 months, and its mostly my right arm. Im afraid its more than just a damaged muscle.Does anyone have an idea what this could be or anything I could take to make this pain go away. My wife massages me everyday but the pain persists. I don't like going to the doctors if I can take care of the pain. PLEASE URGENT ADVICE!
