    Company Offers a "Rights" to Purchase Additional Stock?
    Okay, when a Company like UTG Offers you the option to purchase Additional Stock, what is the usual reason for this? Is it a good sign or a bad one?

    They are adding it as a extra benefit, it is a great thing, if their stock is doing good, it is not so great if the stock is not worth much. Many employees see it as a method of investment, and owning part of the company they are working for.

    It is neither good or bad, it is just a offer.

    Only have 1K Shares, I am up about 60% on that one so, I may buy another 500 or 1K
