I bought a 1981 Yamaha 650 maxim. The throttle housing with the starter button is all taken apart and I can't seem to get it put back together with the throttle grip. Does anyone have any tips or diagrams. Thanks!
Hello, Pretty much all I need to know is where I can find a PDF file for a 1983 Yamaha Maxim 400 service manual. To narrow it down in case no one knows where to find one, all I need to know for now is how to replace the chain and what oil type I should use. Thanks a mil, Chillaxguy90
I have an 1982 maxim 400r, it rattles at higher rpm, after warmed up.. also has possible chain rattle and valve tick when first started. Am considering a re-bore with oversize pistons, new rod bearings, and cutting the valves.. any info on how to go about this? Am an auto technician by trade, but...
