    That's up to your parents. But in my opinion no you shouldn't. At 11 you are too young. Don't try to rush growing up.

    That depends on your parents. I'm assuming because you are here asking, they have said no. I would say no too. 11 is too young to be dating.

    What do you mean by "date" do group things with other 11 year olds, but in general most children do not actually date till much older.
