    Unfair Justice
    My girlfriend came to my house and jumped on me while I was in bed. I defended myself and we both were arrested. What I don't understand is how can the state press charges against me but dismiss charges against her when she states in the police report that she was the aggressor?

    They can do it, since they don't believe her. Women almost always come the next day and lie to try to get hubby out.

    The reason is, that she most likely is all bruised and you are not. And they don't believe her or you most likely.

    So you plead not guilty and she testifies in court.
