Your family loves and cares for you and sometimes they do things that they think is best for you when truth is it feels like the total opposite. Its unfortunate that you are going through this. But what are there reasons exactly for them not letting you see him?

    Hi

Every situation is different, it depends on age, whether you are sexually active i.e. having underage sex.

Have you asked your family why you should leave him, you need to know that in order to react to your families comments.

Family predicaments can be very stressful. One can say that family wants what's best, however some can say family wants what's best for the wrong reasons. Just because your family says to leave him doesn't mean you should, but take a few minutes and think as to why they would want you two to part ways.

Is it different religions or ethnic backgrounds? Does he have a reputation? The list goes on.

Determine the reason behind your parents wishes and then make a rational decision from there. If you're underage and your parents are your legal guardians, your choices may me limited until you become of legal age.
