    How to make a teens biceps show in 10 days or less
    I need my biceps to get bigger and show in 10 days or less please help

    10 days or less? I hate you break it to you man but there's no way you can achieve those kind of results that fast naturally. It takes months to even see noticeable muscle growth anywhere on your body. However you can do a bunch of curls and pushups in order to get a temporary growth. They will be "pumped" and look bigger for about half an hour but it won't last long.

    You can't get anything substantial in 10 days Dumbbell curls abd pullups with hands close together I guess is best way don't do a lot of pushups or you'll get your chest unbalanced with your back and it will ruin your shoulders
