    Copy of the summons
    Can anyone help me.please.

    I am a 26 yr old male. I had a knee op last year and received an account for R3500 due to one of the DR's. The attorney firm oi am dealing with have told me that they issued a summons. I did not receive this. I asked the lady (paralegal) to please send me a copy of the doc and if I could make a payment plan. I also asked if a judgement was taken out on me. She said yes. I need to sort this matter out and pay this debt off BUT every time I email this lady she refuses to send me any document.

    QUESTION: Where do I go to see a copy (or verify) that there was a summons and how do I move forward on this? How long does it take to have this judgement removed (if there is one) Must I deal with this lady - her threats are stressing me out big time.
