    Asking for help
    I have emotional problems that have kelpt me from obtaining the help that I need to get better Fear of people and isolation has always been a problem for me but now it has become a problem and hasn't allowed me to move forward in my life and I don't have a clue as to what to do or where to start seeking the help that I need to over come this burden. So I am seekign advice on what to do. Any suggestions would be appreciated

    Dear friend! I can understand what you are going through but you haven't mentioned your age.

    When we go through isolation the best ways to keep ourselves entertained are as follows:
    1. Finding your hobbies which give you pleasure and work on them regularly.
    2. Serve and help those who are in need of help.
    3. Avoid things that put you into deep pain.
    4. Keep one responsible and close friend or relative to pour your heart out whenever you feel like.
    5. Write down or type all your emotions in your diary or blog. That helps.

    Try all these and then get back to me. Share more clear and specific to help you in more specific ways.
