    Who does a Probation Officer answer to
    I have reason to believe my sons PO has told untruths to the court and because of an instance in their meetings he violated his civil rights.

    Hello M:

    He HAS a supervisor... But, keep in mind that if you complain to him, he's going to take it out on your son. If you think he wasn't fair before, complain about him.

    I might be able to help if you tell me exactly HOW his rights were violated... Otherwise, your son needs a lawyer..
