I am 59 yrzs old. I started receiving social security n August 2010. In October 2011 I received a letter indecating that effective November 2011 527.80 will be withbeld frm my benefits. I have two children agez 10 and 8 years of age. November first 2011i was unable to pay my rent. By December 6 2011 my children an I where evicted and put on the streets. February 2012 my children an I moved into the siegul suites may 7 2012 my kids an I were evicted once again. Because of this garnishment I can not purchase my meds and buy clothing for my kids pay rent an utilities. My son is disabled and gets a social security check and Nevada takes all money regardless to the garnishment in consideration, so I am not eligible for cash assistance here at all. Can I stop them frm taking the money as it is very hard to survive off the money that is left.
