    There are a lot of factors involved Leo;

    How many washrooms; takes longer.

    Lunch/kitchens: takes longer.

    Do you have to take care of the floors other than vacuuming? Such as strip and wax tile floors and clean carpets?

    Please respond and I would be happy to assist as these things determine pricing.
