    Still paying child support
I havr a child whom I haven't seen in a few years but yet I am still paying child support. I am the mother of this child and went to prison in 1997 for having a residential phone in someone's name not on my lease which was utility fraud. Been to court several times without an attorney and the lady who has my daughter always had an attorney so I never got far. I am sick of paying child support for a child I never see. If I relinguish my rights voluntarily, will that fix the support issue? My child is 11 and this has been going on long enough.

First where did you ever get an idea you can "sign over your rights" in almost no cases can you do that. And even if the judge allowed it, it does not stop child support. Child support and child visitation are not connected.

You should be able to get at least supervised visits, have you went just asking for that, to start with/
