    Repo
I've been trying for months to get the car dealer to repo my car they refuse to come get it. Is that against the law? The car been stop working I was forced to ride the bus to and from work while the car just sat. a lot of people run from the repo man but I want them to take it back its an as is car that needs over $1000 work done to it. It was messed up before I leased it.someone told me that they aren't picking it up on purpose to try to get more money from me.a neighbor told me that they came by and tried to get somebody to pay $2000 for it. They were suppose to take it then! They r nuts that car isn't worth jack. Isn't it illegal to not repo a car? And how can I get the car repo?

Nope they don't have to repo it, and I do not know why, since they will still get the same amount of money from you.

When they repo it, they sell it, after they sell it, you will have to pay the difference. So not sure why you are happy for the repo, the sooner they repo, they sooner they sue you, and the sooner they can start a garnishment on your pay, and so on. For the balance of the money

E] I never said I'm happy to get it repo but I don't need it I got another car and since they r a crooked establishment I was told I won't have to pay anything I was almost killed in that car I have a lot of proof and the BBB and other sources told me they were running an illegal car Dealerships not having their cars pass inspection before selling their cars to people. I can take them to civil court if it comes to that a lawyer said. That car broke down on a highway. But if they take me to court I've got a lot of pictures of how messed up the car is. One of the tires almost came off on my way to work etc...
