My landlord contacted me about signing the new lease terms on June 30 and I agreed I would. Today. July 10th I told her I felt someone was entering my home as things were missing and was at the realtors office to sign my new lease as she stated in her email to me. The realtor told me she was not renewing and I would need to vacate by the 31st. The landlord clearly intended to extend my lease per her written email. Then sent me an email of non renewal. Is she not required to give me 30 days notice after giving a email of extending my lease and then changing her mind nearly the middle of the month? I'm in Florida if that makes any difference

In Florida she is only required to give 15 days notice prior to the end of the rental period.

I would say that something was said when you called about someone being in your home that upset the landlord, so more to it than this.

Can you cite the law for that? As far as I'm aware there is no provision in either state where rental payment history has a provision on the length of notice.

You basically accused your landlord of a crime. If you want to stay, go discuss it in person, and if it were me, I would apologize for what was said.
Whenever something of mine is missing, my first reaction often times is someone took it (I have a roommate; in the past it might have been family, or even a landlord). But I curb the thought! And of course 99% of the time the missing item is right where I forgot I put it.
