Nuva Ring Spotting
Hi Ive been on the nuva ring for 3 years now and I usually leave it in for 4 weeks take it out for one and than put a new one in so I don't get my period. I forgot to take it out for 4 weeks and left it in for 5 and one week ago I out a new one in and now this entire week I've been spotting brown blood. Im suppose to see my boyfriend today for his birthday and I need a quick fix. Any advice
