Hi. I’m in relationship for nearly 2 and half years. We love and trust each other a lot. We talk over the phone & chat. Sometimes we meet once in a week or months, it depends. But once she broke my trust, she use to talk to one of her class mate. Not for long, that guy use to disturbed her, once we were broke up, she was upset. She just talks to him.

She was caught by me, and then I forgive her. Everything was OK, but I lost my trust on her. Now I doubt her a lot. When I see her call waiting, divert when she go out alone, and lots more. She is being hurt for this, but I’m trying to stop doubting her, but I couldn’t.

My doubt is damaging our relationship. What should I do to stop doubting on her?

You have already confronted her, and forgiven her, so unless you have a lot more hard facts, drop this doubt stuff.

Explain if you have more than what you have written. I do not see staying with a female that I didn't trust, or make me doubt that trust. Maybe you doubt yourself, and that's not good either.

Thanks.actually its same again my doubt was not wrong.Again she is talking to another guy.actually she was not true to me.finally we broke up.Now hopping for the best.lets see what future holds for me.thank you very much.Now I am trying to get rid of this pain.
