    Just a couple days ago I been having his thick yellowish discharge and it itches in the vagina area inside it burn a little when peeing... is this a sign of yeast infection?

    It sounds like double trouble, both a urinary tract infection and a yeast infection. See your doctor asap.

    Yes, see your doctor it could be any one of a number of different vaginal infections.
