    Would like to know what does notice of intent to authenticat records pursuant to m.d rule 5-902(b),fd 088 mean in m.d court

    It means the records have to be authenticated according to that rule.

    Evidence submitted into court has to be proven, or authenticated. Courts have required formats for how this is done.
