    AC is cool but not real cold
    My AC unit the compressor is working and is not warm but it I'd not taking freon it always stays between 45-48 r-22 when I try to put more freon it takes then it goes back to 45-48 and I don't see any sign of leaking freon.

    Not sure I understand your question. Please clarify.

    If you are having to add refrigerant for the system to cool correctly, there is a leak, no ifs ands or buts about it. Leaks can be extremely hard to locate. It may take hiring in a pro with the correct equiptment and knowledge to locate and fix the leak. Simply adding refrigerant every now and again is not only expensive, but against the law. Time to get the professionals in there.
