    Ok, what department took it, is there a criminal case, have you been convicted.

    And why do you think you will get it back, if you woere transporting drugs to the level that would be selling, and you are in the US, often you don't get them back.

    They either use them latter in undercover work, or sell them

    I wasn't selling drugs.My car was seized because I was driving on revoked license from a previous DUI that happen about three years ago. Organize Crime unit seized it and Im trying to get it back, I worked hard for that car.

    First ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area. Second, did the OCU have a warrant to seize the vehicle. Have you asked the court what you need to do. They are the ones to set the rules. And, if you were driving under a revoked license, you may not be able to get it back. You probably will not get it back until you get your license reinstated.

    You shouldn't have purchased the car until you got your license back.
