I'm 28 and had my tubes tied 5.5 years ago after a c-section. I don't keep up with my cycle because I obviously didn't think I could get pregnant. I know that my last period was at least a month ago. 6 days ago I experienced very light pink spotting only when I wiped (not at all normal for me, I usually have a regular flow, but not this time) that lasted about 3 days. I have also been experiencing some light cramping, nausea, mild headaches, frequent urination, and dizziness. I was just wondering if it is possible for me to be pregnant and if so, how long after the spotting stops should I get a pregnancy test? Thanks for any help!

Pregnancy is always a possibility, however since your tubes were tied 5.5 years ago that possibility decreases due to the amount of scar tissue that would be involved. More likely would be a tubal pregnancy.

However, it's possible that you are just experiencing an off period. All of us women do that every once in a while for no rhyme or reason.
