    1999 Chevy silverado won't start
    The radio and windows work there's no clicking just won't start . I checked fuses and connections and still won't start

    Remove and fully charge, or replace, the battery. Most auto parts stores will charge batteries for free. With starter motors, it amperage, not voltage, that's important.

Engine ran until I shut it off. When I went to restart 20 minutes later it started for a couple of seconds then died. When you turn the key you can here the fuel pump start working. Turns over but won't stay running. Tapped on the fuel tank, but did not make a difference.

It only jerks when I drive from fresno to madera and madera back to fresno for work. I think it is the driveline, but don't want to pay a lot for a diagnoistic test at a shop.
