    When done by a professional, how successful is the process of removing air between sliding glass door windows

    It is my experience that this can't be done. When the factory seal is broken, allowing condensation to accumulate between panes, it is impossible to fix. Even if one could produce a vacuum between the panes, what kind of sealant could be used so that it would not happen again, because of stress factors; no, no one can reproduce the factory seal.
