I purchased a Triton T100e Electric Shower on 27th January 2012, this
Was installed two weeks later and has worked perfectly until March.
Then when switched on, only cold water would flow and changing the temperature
Had no effect on the output and everything else was normal. The Triton repairman came and sort of fixed it in June (we don't use it very often), now when it is used, regardless of temperature setting, the water cycles from very hot every 30-40 seconds, trying to ring Triton on the 0844 number is both expensive and they do not answer. I also sent an email, but this didn't even get an answer.

Any ideas as to how this should be dealt with now?

Sorry, but you are stuck continuing to try triton company as over here in the USA we very rarley (if ever) use electric showers.
