    OK, and then you turned into them ? When they passed on left, was it a four lane road, did they pass you on the lane of on coming traffic ? Were you stopped for a long time so they though perhaps you were not moving ? Did you have a turn signal on>

    It is legal to pass on the left in the US - did you make a left hand turn from the right hand lane.
