Well my Fiancé just had her period a week and a half ago. We had sex then 2 hours later the sides where her ovaries are became extremely warm. Then the next day her breast became very sore this continues till today and it was 5-6 days ago. Her stomach was for some odd reason making her feel sick. Today she was complaining on how her back is hurting a lot. (which I know if she is pregnant her back shouldn't be hurting at this point in time.) Also if she is pregnant we will be quite happy. If not were going to keep trying. We took a test today and it was negative but then again it was a dollar store brand.

Before taking any test you need to wait for a missed period, otherwise it won't work properly.
What you have described could well be simple PMS as the symptoms are very similar, also they wouldn't start happening so soon afterwards.
