I have a son that is 43 years old and live in my house. All he does is get drunk and say and do nasty things to me. Disrepectful.. bottom line I want him out of my house how do I do that?

Look up eviction procedures for your state...

Generally you have them served with a 30 day notice to vacate. Don't do it verbally or do it yourself.

After 30 days if they haven't left.. go to court to request they enforce the eviction... the sheriffs will come and toss him and his stuff out.

In the mean time.. if he gets abusive... or threatens you call the police immediately... they may remove him even earlier.

I am so sorry for your troubles, a child, even a adult should respect and honor their parent.

I wish I could tell you just to throw him out, but you can't, you have to give him notice to move, if he doess not, then you have to evict him though the courts.

Have there been any attempts to get him treatment and will you be Ok if you never see him again? Sorry to be blunt but it is best to know the answer to those questions now, and not wondering after it is too late, whether you made the right decisions.
