    lognormal regression
    for a lognormal distribution, if my T50 value is 50 years and then lower 95% confidence value is 40 years then what is 0.1% fail value with sigma of 0.5 lognormal. Do I extrapolate from T50 of 40 years or T50 of 50 years.
