    Changing custodial parent
Thank you for the information. It has just helped me out and I have been needing to find out the Ga Code 19-9-1 Ga.Now I have a question for you can a 15 year old help to get her younger brother out of the house and in here with us.I am the mom of these kids and my husband and I feel that they are being ran over by my ex husbands girlfriend and her kids.My son who is 12 years old has told us many times that he's not happy at his dads house and all he would like to do is come and live here with us.What choice does he have of getting out of the house now?The girlfriends kids beat up on my kids and knowing that my daughter is 15 now she won't hit them or any thing else.As for my son he doesn't like to fight and never has so he also won't fight back. What should I do about it?

First, its not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. To avoid confusion, I've moved your post to its own thread.

Do both your daughter and your son live with the father?

If you feel your son is being abused, then call children services. Otherwise, you file for a change in custody and presents proof of the abuse.

Yes they do and I only get to see them every other weekend. My daughter has often told me that she's not happy being there also.
