York furnace - how to blow cold air
Got a York Affinity 8.S furnace.

How do I get it to draw cold air from my basement and just circulate it??
    Has 3 jumper settings : hi-cool, heat and low-cool (I think that's the 3rd option)
The jumper was originally on heat so I have moved it to hi-cool and tried low-cool or whatever the 3rd option was and it still won't kick in. Yet the heat works fine.
I've tried adjusting my thermostat to numerous temps, even above the actual room temp and it won't kick in at all.

    Any ideas?
