    BMI of 17.68, is this unhealthy?
    I'm a 5'4" female (18 years) and I weigh 103 lbs.. I know I'm on the small side, but I still worry about gaining weight. Can any syptoms arise from being underweight (stabbing abdominal pain, headaches)? Is is safe for me to avoid gaining weight?
