I think your relationship is healthy as long as you balance your time with friends and other people that are important in your life. I was in a relationship similar to yours, and although I loved him with all my heart, we eventually fell apart because of too much time together - and too much pressure from never spending time apart. I'd suggest gradually doing your own things as individuals, and sharing your experiences together afterwards. I think you guys should both talk about this and see how you both feel.
