It's a maybe a movie in the 80s or 90s. I think its teens. Its two main characters. The girl has blond or brownish long hair. The Guy has slicked back hair dark brown
He wears a black jacket. She is told to go with him to clubs he goes to to learn new dances. They don't really like each other. He's doesn't settle with one girl. He dances and she sits down but then she sees her ex with another girl up on top of the club. And she doesn't want to be seen alone. She gets up and asks the Guy she don't like to dance with her. He does. But a slow song comes in. He dances fast. She tries to dance fast to but doesn't want to look dumb for dancing fast to a slow song so she pulls him in to dance slow. And he feels something for her. Her ex leaves so then she tells the Guy she's dancing with thanks and walks out the door. He goes after her and Saids no one walks out on him. He walks her home. It might end where they dance to help keep their school still open. And they fall in love.
