    Florida law for contract to deed
    Can the buyer in a contract for deed get the property taxes and insurance in their name?

    Insurance maybe, taxes no. In a contract for deed the buyer doesn't get title to the property until the contract is satisfied. Taxes are in the name of the owner. So, usually, is the insurance.
