Has anyone ever felt like this?
In the middle of the night I will be asleeep and then all of a suudden I wake upp and I see double my heart is pounding I feel like throwing up and I feel light headed and dizzzy? Every other night I get that and it scares me because I'm so young I don't do drugs I don't drink alcohol. After this happens I can never go back to sleep should I see a doctor for this?
