I need help getting glasses and an eye exam. I tried going to the LionsClub even though I do not work (in the middle of getting disability) they turned me down cause of family that I live with. I need glasses to see. I am blind in my left eye and not good vision in my right but it helps when I have glasses. I can spend a little bit of money but not much. Please someone help me. I desperately need glasses soon. I can't wear single vision so I need the other kind. Email me if you can help, >Removed<

Please don't post an email address - it's dangerous and not allowed.

I don't understand why you were turned down because of the family you live with.

Have you tried local City/County programs? The Physician who wrote the prescription should have a list of organizations which assist people who cannot afford glasses.

Hey I looked at all the websites you suggested and none of them could help. One even wanted $92.00 for an eye exam. If you can help me please reply. I am Walton County in Georgia.

I have no idea what you are addressing - I didn't post any web sites.

I asked if the Physician who wrote the prescription could refer you to anyone.

Hi, I really need help getting eyeglasses and contacts.. I am getting to where I can't see at all. Im unable to see at night.. and I can never read because I can't see the words.. I also have astimatisim. I have been laid off from work and only getting unemployment.. if you can help me please call 239-745-0654

Care to give a hint where you are? No one is going to provide contact lenses for vanity's sake. Glasses? Possibly.
