I am teenager.. and I feel unknown to myself, like I am not exactly here, I can't focus to think or on anything... I see mundane... I can't think of anything.. when I start to think, its like I am lazy to think or can't get the think exactly as it is.. ooor can't remember it... can be that because I don't like myself?and never will... I just don't like myself... I fedd up with my look and my face! ;(((

It's difficult to tell you what might be going on. Most teenagers feel something like this, as you figure out who you are, whether you are likable or not, and what you want out of life. But you might also be clinically depressed (hence the dissociated feelings and not liking yourself). And in rare cases, you might be developing a mental illness like schizophrenia, even if you don't hear or see things or act bizarre.
So you need to tell us more about yourself! Start with how old you are and where you are and what your childhood was like.

I am 16 years old I am in Sofia,Bulgaria. My chilhood was very hyper I was very hyperactive and noisy.. I was acting like boy.. I was climbing everywhere.. and I even have signs on me... and I stopped at 12 years old and become extremely shyyy... and withdrawn

One other possibility is hormones. Not just those of your gender, but also ones like your thyroid. But did you reach puberty at 12? When you say you were acting like a boy, does that mean you are a girl?
How about happiness as a young child?

Maybe hormones, yes.. when they will disappear? I reach puberty at 12.. I am a girl yes :)
I was the happiest child as young.. but not now as teenager..
