How much time do you get for violation of parole
My fiancé got out on parole on sept 27 2011 and we were having a hard time keeping up with the payments and they sent out a warrant for his arrest. They finally got him June 29 2012. His original flat time is April 8 2013. I was wondering how much time will he have to do when he go back and if we were to get married how much time would he have to do then?

Getting married does not effect the sentence at all, he will do just as much married as single.

He can serve up o his complete sentence.

No, no one knows if he will get additional time. No matter how much time he gets he will not get less time because he is married.

In some states you can get some time taken off if the judge sees that the person is married and has a family

Please post those States and their laws. I'm not aware of this under these circumstances - this is a violation of parole, not the original crime.

He already proved that the Court cannot trust him to behave as the Court directs - why would they give him another chance?

I have worked in several states and for the feds, and sorry no I have never seen or even heard of a less sentence for being married.

Also normally from the time they issued a warrant to the time he was caught does not count, so ever how long that is, will be added.
