    In state tuition
My ex claimed my daughter in 2005 in order for her to get instate tuition. She has now decided to return to her residency at her mother's home to transfer to home state college and mom wants to claim her for 2006 tax exemption.

Since she got reduced instate tuition in 2006-2007 will this now affect the tuition amount she has paid in 2006? I'm wondering if she will now get rebilled as an out -of-state student. Mom claimed her on the FASFA for the 2006 school year as required since child did reside in mom's state the previous year and attendend high chool in mom's state.

Mom plans on handling FASFA again this year for child to continue go get instate tuition in her home state.

    All very confusing
