    Parental rights in Kentucky
What are my parental rights from having my child grandparents taking off with my kid without my presence? Do I have a say in it? I can prove that they become negative influences on my children. And as a mother and a guardian, I feel that I have a right to keep people that have a negative influence on my children out of their lives. I have to protect my children from harms way and they are getting out of hand (the grandparents).

I would suggest you use the word "son," "daughter," "child" in place of kid.

If you are the custodial parent you control where your children go, who your children go with.

    Say no.

NOW - if there's a Court Order or something similar or if the Grandparents see the children when the father sees them it's a different story.

Are you asking about allowing the children to visit with grandparents without your presence. Then just say no and explain why. As the parent you are in. Control.
