Hello my name is Lisa  i am a 42 year old woman and I have some troubling symptoms.4nights ago I got this strange shooting pain through my recyum and about 30 minutes later it expanded it was now rectum and vagina  and then expanded to radiate into my left side close to my ovary and down my left legI had nausea low grade temp and then the pain got so intense that I had to  hold my breath and could not move any part of my body for about 2 hours  i took double dose NyQuil and 5 I ibuprofen 
And eventually it relieved a minimal amount of the pains not enough I sweat with the pains hold my breath I an also noticing I have discharge and period like cramp now   With all the other symptoms .
I have quite a medical history rapid heart rate Been going up to 186 BPM highest this is while I was standing still went down to 135 when I sat down also I have polly cystic ovaries/syndrome endometriosis I have had D-diff and kidney stones history also but none  of the these Hurt  as bad as this I am still having this pain nauseas ringing in my ears dizzy I can't laugh cough sneeze I have to hold my side when I walk and today a new symptom my side also feels like it is bruised on the inside pressure have to urinate even when only if a little urine  now the other issue there is no bruose showing on the outer skin also bloated and finally  I cannot remember the last time I have had a normal BM diareah badly I have no insurance on unemployment single woman in bankruptcy I have nothing have no clue on what this is or what to do
