How do I stop getting angry all the time?
I am usually a happy person, but lately I've been feeling really depressed. I know it might sound babyish but I'm one of those people who get so fustrated that they cry. The person who usually gets me angry is my mum because I know it seems mean but she really makes me mad. She will swear at me and shout at me, and I'm starting to learn to just blank it, but I know that's not good. Its as if everybodys against me, and I know they're not, but it still gets me mad. My best friend is very sensitive, so she usually goes off in a mood and shouts, and I find it hard to control her because it winds me up. I know I'm not supposed to but I usually bottle things up but sooner or later I go crazy and go in such a massive mood that when I look back I just think of how childish I was being. Please help me with some anger tips or something because its really stressing me out and making my life hell.

Sounds like you are young an at a very difficult period in life, "the teen years" we call them. They were the worst years of my life, so I do understand very much how you feel. One thing about anger is it can be very destructive to you an those around you. One very simple thing I learned to do was count to 10 before I reacted to anything. It allows you to cool down before you say something you may regret later. Parents do want what's best for you, even though it may seem the total opposite. Another thing you may want to try is to excuse yourself an walk away until you can calm down. You can try some physical

Sorry, its my tablet again acting up, you could some physical acties, from just taking a brisk walk to a sport of your choice. It is a way of redirecting an outlet for your anger. Hope that some of this does help an I know you can't see it now but things will change. God Bless :)

Also remember that you cannot actually control anyone else an you shouldn't try to either. I am in my upper fifties an retired but still remember those years , I used to play Basketball in my back yard as a way of dealing with it. :)
