    My boyfriend lives with me can they take his stuff for a lien on my property?
    I have a lien on my property and live with my boyfriend can they take his items since we are a household?

    Unless you can prove it is his, they may be able to seize. However it is very unlikely they will go after personal property.

    Depending on what jurisdiction you are in, and on the type of lien, it probably only covers real property, not chattels.
