Hello - Thank you in advance for reading. I have a difficult plumbing issue. Two showers upstairs. Both are experiencing cold / hot water regulation issues, both issues started within 3-4 months of each other. Shower #1 either runs extremely hot (scalding), or extremely cold. Nothing in between....

We just moved into a new house yesterday. The hot water in all of the sinks in the kitchen and bathrooms work fine. However, none of the showers get hot. The showers simply have one control to turn them on, no temperature adjustment. Any ideas why this would be? HELP!
